The competition package for the Audi RS3 8V Sportback/Sedan 294KW/400PS (08/2017+) includes the intercooler upgrade kit EVO 3 and the downpipe kit. The high-performance intercooler features core dimensions of 515mm x 367mm x 95mm (stepped), providing an 84% larger inflow area and 101% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler.

The newly developed competition high-performance intercooler core ensures sufficient airflow to adjacent components, such as the water cooler. The end boxes are made of cast aluminium and have been optimized using CFD flow analysis. Integrated air baffles at the inlet ensure even filling of the charge air cooler. The intercooler and crossbar form a stable unit and weigh 14.3 kg. Installation is straightforward, using the original mounting points as a 1:1 replacement.

The downpipe kit is made from high quality cast stainless steel 1.4301 (SS304) and is designed without a pre-cat for maximum power and performance. It features 2x Ø70mm diameter for improved flow dynamics and is equipped with 2 lambda probe connections. The kit is compatible with the original aftercat pipes (not OPF) and can optionally include aftercat pipes with 2x200CPSI racing catalytic converters.

Important: It is recommended to use the standard version for power classes up to 600PS and the X version for power classes from 600PS.

Remark: Recalibration of the ACC may be necessary.
